David Peach
David Peach brings 45 years of banking experience, starting with 10 years grounding in British banking and, for the last 35 years, with a major Canadian bank that enjoys a world-class reputation in Credit Risk management. For more than a decade, David has expertly headed the Consumer Credit Risk training function, including lending to the small entrepreneurial market. In addition, his team has responsibility for most aspects of training and learning on the retail side of the bank.
During his career, he has performed most roles in the line side of retain banking, as well as exposure at the HQ level.
Besides his practical experience and training background, David is a seasoned meeting facilitator, comfortable with any level of group. He possesses a keen sense of ethics, a profound respect for confidentiality, listening skills, a quick grasp of issues and an ability to distill complex issues into simpler statements. These attributes make David an ideal risk-free sounding board during one-on-one conversations with executives and senior managers, particularly when they need unbiased feedback.
